Mental Health Services
OUR TREATMENT AREAS
At Linden Point Clinical Associates, all of our treatment areas are linked to specific mental health providers who have an expertise in those areas. Not only are we all formally educated in treatment, but we consistently educate ourselves in industry standards using the most updated versions of the DSM-5 and CDC guidelines.
ADHD
ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER (ADHD) is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders of childhood. It is usually first diagnosed in childhood and often lasts into adulthood. People with ADHD may have trouble paying attention, controlling impulsive behaviors or be overly active.
Providers: January Kim (Adult ADHD) & Katie Hogle
Women’s
Mental Health
As a woman-run and owned mental health clinic, we can connect deeper into women’s mental health and the ways some disorders show differently in women than in men. Our providers are trained specifically to treat women, with the skills and tools to develop a treatment plan that is right for them.
Providers: January Kim (Adult ADHD) & Katie Hogle
Anxiety
Many people can experience anxiety, however, the difference is how it affects you. When a feeling of anxiousness is extremely heightened, occurs more often than not and is debilitating to your everyday routine, it can become a big problem. Anxiety can occur naturally or can also be triggered by a stressor (past trauma, life event, relationships, etc).

Trauma
Trauma can be incredibly difficult to deal with. Some signs of a trauma disorder may be flashbacks or recurring nightmares, extreme anxiety and/or depression, withdrawal from relationships and everyday life, feeling incredibly overwhelmed and more.
Providers: Jessica Galvin
Depression
Similar to anxiety, depression is more than just feeling down or having a bad day. When a sad mood lasts for a long time and interferes with normal, everyday functioning, you may be depressed. Some signs of this may be strong feelings of loneliness, feeling no urge to enjoy activities you once had, etc.
