JESSICA GALVIN, LISW
We all experience bumps and bruises throughout our lives. These bumps and bruises can damage our relationship and alignment with ourselves. We can feel lost, aimlessly wandering around trying to rediscover ourselves. You don’t deserve to walk through life just surviving, but rather living with vibrancy and empowered by self-worth. I know how daunting this can be when you have lost sight of who you once were or who you want to become. I work from an open-minded, non-judgmental framework. I believe in a true therapeutic partnership with my clients. Growth fosters growth! Let’s grow together to become the best versions of ourselves. I often hear from clients that they just feel stuck. You are not alone! I have a passion for empowering clients to create lasting behavior changes through tackling self-doubt, discovering self-acceptance, and finding meaning in a busy life. I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma.
As adults, we are told to “just figure it out.” Whenever we hit a block or experience a challenge, we are conditioned to internalize and personalize this struggle. This damages our self-esteem and self-worth (insert habits of seIf-criticism). We will work together to embrace vulnerability, regain personal control, and discover the best version of yourself.
