JANUARY KIM, ARNP
January Kim, ARNP is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Clinical Specialist in Adult Psychiatry and Mental Health. She has been licensed by the state of Iowa as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner since 1999. Her career in mental health began in 1990 when she graduated from Iowa Methodist School of Nursing and began working in the hospital setting in adult inpatient mental health. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Grandview University in 1994. She then attended the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, graduating with a Master’s Degree in Nursing in 1999.
Since working as an ARNP, she has developed a special interest in women’s mental health concerns that are influenced by both that are impacted by biological changes throughout their lifespan, as well as life transitions that occur at different turning points in life.
Other areas of interest include: Adult Attention Deficit Disorder, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder.
During her free time, January enjoys gardening, traveling, reading and time with friends and family.

STEPHANIE BARRETT, LISW THERAPIST
Stephanie Barrett is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Iowa. She graduated from Simpson College in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and St. Ambrose University in 2006 with a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW). She has been working with clients in health care and mental health settings since 2006. As a therapist, Stephanie has experience in the following areas: depression, anxiety, grief/loss, end-of-life issues, geriatric/aging, fertility issues, and mood disorders. Stephanie has a particular interest in women’s mental health, including perinatal and post-partum mood disorders, as she specialized in this population while providing therapy for a non-profit mental health agency.

Katelyn (Katie) Hogle, ARNP, is a board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Katie graduated from Wartburg College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in biology in 2016. Later that year she graduated from Allen College with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 2020 she graduated from Allen College with her master’s degree in Nursing.Since becoming an ARNP, Katie has enjoyed working with adult populations, particularly women’s mental health issues.
Other areas of interest include: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Women’s mental health disorder, Depressive disorders, Anxiety disorders.
During her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and family, tending to her plants, outdoor activities, reading, and anything animal related.

LISA YORK, ARNP

Lisa York, ARNP, is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Lisa has been a nurse licensed in the state of Iowa since 2008. Lisa obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa. In 2022, she graduated from Herzing University with a master’s degree in nursing to pursue her love of mental health. Lisa has additional training in perinatal mental healthcare.
Lisa offers medication management while using a holistic approach along with evidence-based treatments for depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, women’s mental health disorders and more. Lisa’s therapeutic style is warm, welcoming, nonjudgmental and respectful.
Lisa’s goal is to provide an open and collaborative approach to your care and develop a plan that improves your overall health and well-being.
JESSICA GALVIN, LISW THERAPIST
Jessica Galvin is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who has worked as a clinical therapist since 2016. Jessica attended Loyola University in Chicago where she obtained a BS in Sociology and a BSW in social work. She completed her education at St. Ambrose University in Davenport obtaining a Master of Social work in 2016.
“We all experience bumps and bruises throughout our lives. When those bumps and bruises become too much to handle it can be very difficult to reach out for comfort and help, not knowing where to turn. It can make you feel defeated, helpless, and isolated. You don’t deserve to walk through life just surviving day-to-day. I believe in meeting my clients where they are at in life, wherever that may be, and helping them to learn how to heal and grow so they no longer are just surviving, but able to fully live their lives. BETHANY ZEITZ, LMHC THERAPIST
Bethany Zeitz is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She completed a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling through Capella University and has over 10 years of experience in a variety of settings including community mental health, school based mental health, outpatient and inpatient treatment. Prior to working as a therapist Bethany provided intensive case management services to adolescents and adults.
She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC). Bethany is trained in a variety of treatment modalities and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her focus areas include adults and older adolescents with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma history.
She takes a collaborative approach to therapy and believes it is an opportunity for clients to learn about themselves and how to live their most fulfilling life in an alignment with their personal values. When she’s not seeing clients, Bethany enjoys spending her time with her dogs, hanging out with her husband and family, crafting, and working at their family owned business. Cora Ritter is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.She completed a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy through Pfeiffer University (of NC) and has over 11 years of experience in a variety of settings including intensive in-home services, community mental health, alcohol & drug counseling, and outpatient trauma-informed treatment. Prior to working as a therapist,Cora was active-duty US Air Force for 9 years as an Emergency Actions Controller.
Cora is trained in a variety of treatment modalities and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Focused Mindfulness (Brainspotting). Her focus areas include adults (18+) with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma history. She also provides brief couples counseling for discernment, trust & intimacy building, and enhancing communication. She is an LGBTQIA+, poly, and kink ally.
She takes an integrative approach to therapy and her goal is to guide you towards what will bring value to your life and relationships.
