Lizabeth (Liz) Sheets is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Liz provides compassionate, evidence-based care for adults with a wide range of mental health concerns. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Allen College in 2023 and brings a variety of experiences to her current role, including working as a registered nurse in both inpatient psychiatric units and residential mental health settings.

Liz specializes in medication management for the treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. She takes a warm, open-minded, and nonjudgemental approach and works collaboratively with each patient. In addition to prescribing medications, Liz also explores lifestyle factors—such as sleep, nutrition, exercise, and stress management—that can influence mental health and overall well-being.
